FAQS - ORDER STATUS

We are not able to modify or edit the order, once is placed. We can cancel your order if it has not shipped, and you can reorder the changes you would like to make. If it has shipped, then  Contact Us; we will analyze your situation.

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email that confirms that your order has been shipped. Enclosed, you will find a tracking number from PayPal or any other carrier used when the order was placed, such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. 
If; you haven't received an e-mail with the tracking number, your order has not been shipped. However, if you have the tracking number and your order hasn't arrived by the stipulated time and date; contact the carrier directly.

Although we ensure all products are accounted for before closing the box,  and all parts are already bolted into one piece; anything can happen during transportation by the carrier.
Please, check the packing list in your shipment and your order status page, and see if they match.
However, If something is wrong with your shipment out of the ordinary; do not hesitate to Contact Us.

Our products are built to last a lifetime, and before we ship the product, we ensure all products are clean, without scratches, and well-packed to prevent any damage to your item, however, anything can happen during transportation by the carrier. Once you contact us regarding a damaged product, someone from our team will reach out to further discuss your situation and an e-mail will be sent with instructions.
Please be advised that the replacement part will be an exact match of the damaged one, no changes or modifications will be made.
