ARTWORK SENT BY CUSTOMERS
As customers, you may have to upload images, logos, templates, or written material to create and fulfill your order.
By sending us those materials, you agree that you are over 18 years old, the owner of such materials, own the copyrights; or have been granted permission to use them.

We will not be held responsible in any way or form for materials sent by the customers that violate the copyright law.

Images sent by you to our website or any artwork created for you, are subject to be used by us "Overtop Designs" for marketing and advertising purposes.

ARTWORK OFFERED IN OUR STORE
We offer a Public Domain selection of logos and artwork free of charge.

ARTWORK & DESIGNS
Images or Artwork sent by you that need to be redesigned or retouched for better quality, might be subject to a design fee; however, we will let you know before engaging in any changes for approval.

CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS

CREDIT CARD DISCLAIMER:
Although Overtop Designs is being scanned for viruses and malware daily, and we have provided SSL bits of encryption, there's always the possibility of something bad happening; there's is no such thing as 100% hacker-free, not even for the government or giants like JP Morgan, Home Depot, Kmart, Staple and the US Postal Office among others that had been hacked; that is why we DON'T PROCESS CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS IN OUR SERVERS.

Overtop Designs offers USPS flat-rate shipping in all their shipments in the continental  United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

The Shipment price is, ($19.95) and will be automatically included in your order at checkout.

International or APO/FPO/US Territories:
Overtop Designs does not ship International, APO/FPO/ or US Territories out of the continental USA.

SHIPPING GUARANTEE:
Overtop  Design relies on the USPS GUARANTEE, of 3 to 5 days for package delivery.
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email that confirms that your order has been shipped. Enclosed, you will find a tracking number from PayPal or any other carrier used when the order was placed, such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.
If; you haven't received an e-mail with the tracking number, your order has not been shipped. However, if you have the tracking number and your order hasn't arrived by the stipulated time and date; contact the carrier directly.

DAMAGE ITEMS:
Our products are built to last a lifetime, and before we ship the product, we ensure all products are clean, without scratches, and well-packed to prevent any damage to your item, however, anything can happen during transportation by the carrier.
Once you contact us regarding a damaged product, someone from our team will reach out to further discuss your situation and an e-mail will be sent with instructions.

Please be advised that any replacement part will be an exact match of the damaged one, no changes or modifications will be made.
